Skywave TV Transponders System Upgrade

Skywave TV has just upgraded and enhanced the system of the transponders to ensure the stability of the signal transmission as well as the picture and sound quality. This upgrade also increases the capacity of the transponders that means more channels will able to add in the channel line-up.

Skywave TV broadcasts services via satellite - AsiaSat-4 Ku-band (122.2°E). TV services are allocated on 4 Ku-transponders, channelised with 27MHz-bandwidth. The Ku-band downlink beam is right-hand circular polarized (RHCP). All Services are scrambled by means of Irdeto Access.
