Special Instructions for Trial Pack Smart Card Activation

To ensure the Trial Pack Smart Card can be activated successfully and you can enjoy the fabulous programs that Skywave TV brings to you, please take note of the following:

1. Please set the satellite dish properly and confirm the reference number of the satellite receiver is correct. After you insert the Smart Card into the receiver, the code "E16" will appear on screen. You can activate the Smart Card by using the Voucher Card number (Family Favourite - Basic Package) via SMS or the voucher card activation page in the Skywave TV official website.
   
   
2. After you confirm that the family favourite channels are received properly, you can continue to activate the premium sport channels by same procedure mentioned above, then you can view the premium sports channels as well.
   
   
3. Each Trial Pack Smart Card can only be activated with ONE Trial Pack Voucher Card, if you use MORE THAN ONE voucher cards to activate the same Smart Card. The system will terminate all the service 1 month after activation of the 1st voucher card.
   
   
4. Each Trial Pack Voucher Card can ONLY be activated with the Trial Pack Smart Card but not other standard Smart Card.
   
   
5. If the customers wish to continue using the service, they can purchase and activate the standard Family Favourite Voucher Card (6 months) and Premium Sports Voucher Card (6 months) within the 1-month trial period.
   
   
6. Please activate the Trial Pack Voucher Card before the expiry date that states on the card.
   
   
7. The Trial Pack Smart Card can still be used after the trial period if the customer activates the standard Voucher Card within the 1st trial month.
