The Skywave
TV distribution network not only sells smart cards and
vouchers to you, but also provides support for your
service activation and equipment setup. Agents are your
first tier support starting from when you buy a Voucher,
Smart Card, LNB or Dish Antenna. As a prepaid voucher
customer, your first point of service support is from
where you bought the equipment or cards. Any problem
that the Agent cannot resolve will be routed to our
Customer Service Center. Your dealer is responsible
until your problem or question is resolved.

2. Online Voucher Activation & Query
Your pre-paid
voucher must be activated before your service can be
received. You can activate the service either via the
web or via SMS. Online voucher activation is simply
done by submitting your Smart Card ID and Voucher Password.
For SMS activation, follow the instructions as outlined
on your voucher card. If you are not sure of the expiry
date of your present activated voucher, you can submit
the Smart Card Number to check the status.
