No need to enter password if only free trial plan is need to be activated. If smartcard with no free trial or after trial period, password must be provided.

Vouchers can also be activated by sending an SMS to our dedicated number shown on the voucher package. Input the Smart Card ID and Voucher Activation Password and the system will interact with the backoffice to check

The validity of the Smart Card;
The validity of the Voucher;
The match of the Voucher Number and Activation Password

Upon successful validation, you will receive a confirmation with a specific activation number (transaction number) and the "balance" in your account
