signal is detected while moving the dish from right
to left.
Check installation settings
in the receiver to make sure the LNB power is set
to the "ON" position. |

There
is signal but it is continual fluctuating.
This maybe
caused by external interference. Check to see
if there are any radio or cellular towers nearby.
Relocate or shield your dish to avoid pointing
directly at these transmitting antennas.

The
picture is mosaic or frozen.
This is due to weak signal
strength, check that all cable fittings are tight.
Slightly move the dish to fine tune its position.
Note: Heavy clouds or adverse weather can degrade
signal strength.

Video
and audio are mismatched, abnormal or no sound.
Adjust the audio settings
in the receiver. Press the "AUDIO" button
on the remote control and select the proper audio
channel.

Lock
indicator lights up but the program cannot be viewed.
Check that the smart card
is inserted into the STB correctly and verify its
validity.
